The Annapolis Valley Honour Choirs are thrilled to be back in person and are ready to sing you into the holiday season once more!

Join us for an exciting and enriching program of music for upper voices, with the combined forces of the wonderful AVHC Senior Choir, Manning Chapel Choir and the Aeolian Singers of Halifax!

The AVHC choirs, with guest school choirs from the Annapolis area, will present their winter concert again!

The Senior Choir’s Annual Fun Night and Fundraiser! Support our youth sharing their many talents in a casual, fun evening that puts them in the spotlight. Free Will Offering and snacks and drinks for purchase!

Send off the Senior Choir in style and join us for one final performance of the tour choir before they embark on their performance tour to Portugal and Southern Spain, from July 3-14. We will post video from our performances over there!

We will end off our Anniversary season with a celebration of childhood, youth, and the importance of listening. With upbeat music oozing with heart, we celebrate 30 years of AVHC’s contribution to the community through their music and messages, and look to their future! An alumni choir will be joining us for a few tunes and a very special, rendition of Here’s to Song! Don’t miss this concert of the year!

Love, Scott, an internationally award winning documentary about Nova Scotia musician Scott Jones, who was paralyzed in a homophobic attack, will have its community screening premiere on Thursday April 4th , at the Al Whittle Theatre in Wolfville. There will be two showings, at 6:30pm, and at 9:00pm. Proceeds from the event will go to the Annapolis Valley Honour Choir (AVHC).

The Junior Choir will be joining forces with the Kings Chorale Children’s Chorus for a day of singing fun, culminating in a concert with all three choirs with special guest, the valley’s beloved Rachel MacLean!

The Senior Choir’s Annual Fun Night and Fundraiser! Support our youth sharing their many talents in a casual, fun evening that puts them in the spotlight.

Our Alumni Reunion will take place in Wolfville over the weekend of December 28-30th while many are home for the holidays! Come catch up with past singers, families, and artistic staff! Our current choirs will join the reunion choir in this celebration of the past 30 years.

The Annapolis Valley Honour Choir’s 2017-18 season comes to a close with their final concert “North: Finding Home”, on Saturday, May 12th , at 2:00 and 7:00pm at the Wolfville Baptist Church.

Join us on Sunday, April 22, 3:00pm at University Hall, Acadia to celebrate communities singing.  A Free Will Donation will be collected at the door (suggested donation $10.00 (adult), $5.00 (child)).  

Wolfville – The Annapolis Valley Honour Choir will be raising funds and featuring the talents of its singers at a Coffee House on Saturday, March 3rd at 7:00 pm in the Wolfville Market Building.
